At the heart of ReMeCare is My Story, where memories, content and music are captured. Content can be created, family albums uploaded and music playlists built. And, every time My Story is used, data is generated that builds a profile of the person, that's usable at all stages of the care journey and which is invaluable to family, carers and care providers.
ACTIVITIES BASED APP
ReMeCare's a great way to upload content for your care circle to use, such as family photos, music, videos. You'll quickly build a library of family content that's full of memories, that's engaging and fun. And with ReMeCare's readymade activities available every day, there's always an activity to match anyone's interests.
ROOMS
ReMeLife Members have access to their own dedicated Family Room, a free online space for video chats, activities and get togethers of all types and for all occasions. Private and accessible only to members of the ReMe care circle, this convenient communication supports a person being cared for with enhanced connectivity.
SCHEDULING & CALENDARS
ReMeCare's Notifications functions will keep you informed of what's coming up; from world events, important occasions to today's scheduled activities and tasks to family events. Whether scheduling video chats, reminding of social activities or carers visits, everyone is kept updated.
