What are the symptoms of sleeping disorder?

ParticipantThe usual symptoms that indicate sleep disorder include (but are not limited to):
-Anxiety or irritability
-Trouble falling or staying asleep
-Lack of concentration
-Daytime fatigue
-Strong urge to take naps during the day
Based on some of this criteria, it is clear you are suffering from a lack of sleep. However, if you feel your symptoms are preventing you from doing daily tasks, I would advise you seek medical advice. Hope this helps!

ParticipantIt sounds like there might be some sort of underlying condition that’s causing this. I’d probably go to the doctors is if I was you. It could be something as simple as diet causing this.
I’ll have issues sleeping every now and then but for me it’s normally to do with not enough exercise.0 -

I am suffering from excessive daytime sleepiness, irregular breathing or increased movement during sleep from last two weeks which badly affects my health badly.
Is this sleeping disorder or any other disease?0
