ParticipantI remember hearing that egg tends to trigger migraines in some people. I’d be careful and make perfectly sure that eggs won’t trigger your migraines.

ParticipantInteresting, eggs…mmm. The only thing I find good for migraines is fennel tea, something to do with the aniseed in it, I guess

ParticipantYou can eat eggs, but it’s probably best to be certain if it will trigger your migraines. Different foods act as a trigger for many people, so always make sure you try to avoid these foods as much as you can.

ParticipantI can’t say I’ve ever heard of eggs having anything to do with migraines. I’d probably consult a doctor if I was you.

ParticipantHi. I am suffering from migraine. Can eggs cause migraines? Is it good for me to take an egg when I suffer from migraine?
